All of our engineers are GEA certificated, allowing us to provide the best possible service for our customers as well as having everything done to GEA Code of Practice standards. Our engineers will always keep the customers up to date while on site. If they come across any problems, the customers will be the first to know. If any repairs are required after service, our customers will receive a free after service quote, either emailed or delivered in person by our Sales Representative.
We take our after service care very seriously and provide contract customers with different service contract options. We offer a fixed six-month contract or a fixed 12-month contract. If parts or spares are required, these are considered extra charges. There will also be a reduction in our other fees, including discounts on labour and call out breakdowns if you have one of our fixed-term contracts. Depending on the usage of your equipment, insurance and DVSA recommend that your equipment is serviced every 6 months. At Garafit, you haven’t got to worry about when your service is next due, we will contact you the month before to get you booked in at the most convenient time for you.
